Vinarte is one of the first companies to introduce premium wines in Romania. It was founded in the late 1990s by Romanian, French, and Italian investors. The winery cultivates white and red grapes and vinifies them at Crama Bolovanu in Olt County and Crama Stârmina in Mehedinți County. The wines are produced at Crama Bolovanu in Olt and Crama Stârmina in Mehedinți, under the coordination of oenologist Iustin Urucu. Starting in 1998, Vinarte also organized vertical tastings of vintage wines. Its wine collection ensures optimal storage conditions, and a certificate of authenticity guarantees the traceability of each batch.
