Founded in 2008, the company combines the winemaking tradition of the famous Antinori family with the expertise of the Italian oenologist established in Romania, Fiorenzo Rista. The investment also included the renovation and modernization of the winery in Vadu Săpat. The barrel room is intended to mature elegant wines in 225-228 liter oak barrels, equipped with air conditioning to maintain a constant temperature of 13-17°C and a humidity of 70-80%. Currently, there are approximately 200 French, Hungarian, and Romanian oak barrels, but the room’s capacity allows the stock to be expanded. In addition, the winery has 5,000—and 7,500-liter oak vats inspired by the Tuscan tradition and frequently used in the Marchese Antinori wineries. These vats are dedicated to micro-oxygenating the wine, thus ensuring superior quality in the maturation process.
