Rasova Winery is located in Dobrogea, on Dealul Vifor, a unique area that enjoys over 2,100 hours of sunlight per year and benefits from the cooling breeze of the Danube. It was built with an investment of over five million euros and has a capacity of 402,500 liters, making it a modern gem in the Romanian wine landscape. The winery’s design, developed in collaboration with the renowned Igloo Architecture studio, follows the natural curves of the cliffs and blends seamlessly into the surrounding landscape. It reflects not only the area’s natural beauty but also a commitment to innovation and quality in the winemaking process. The expertise of oenologist Răzvan Macici, who was named “Winemaker of the Year” in South Africa in 2012 by Diners Club, is crucial in creating high-quality wines. The winery offers several collections, including La Plage, Rasova, Tortuga, Mur, Craft, Nud, and Imperfect. Accessibility is another advantage, as the winery is just minutes away from the Autostrada Soarelui, near the famous bridge built by Anghel Saligny between 1890 and 1895.
