Strunga Winery is located in the Dealurile Moldovei wine region, a land rich in history and traditions, near the Miclăușeni Castle, which evokes the glory of bygone times. With deep roots in the Pârjolita and Calda hills, Crama Strunga makes the most of a soil rich in traditions and stories dating back hundreds of years. Over a total area of 90 hectares, Strunga Winery cultivates a wide variety of grape varieties, both local and international. Among these are the Romanian varieties Fetească Albă, Fetească Regală, Fetească Neagră, Busuioacă de Bohotin, and Tămâioasă Românească, as well as international varieties – Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Muscat Ottonel, Shiraz, Merlot, and Cabernet Sauvignon. Their wine ranges include many fresh and expressive wines, such as Nori de Vară (Summer Clouds) and Reveria, complex blends like the limited edition Cuvée Fain, and serious, extractive wines with great aging potential, such as their now-renowned Fetească Neagră Barrique.
