Petro Vaselo WineryPetro Vaselo Winery, located in the village of Petrovaselo near Timișoara, was founded in 2002 by the Italian Dal Tio family. It spans 172 hectares, 50 of which are dedicated to manually maintained vineyards. The winery obtained organic certification in 2013, demonstrating its commitment to sustainable methods. The wines are produced in an underground cellar, using gravity to transport the hand-selected grapes. Fermentation occurs in small French oak barrels and stainless steel tanks, preserving the terroir of each plot and minimizing contact with oxygen. With a 4,000 sqm area, the winery is perfect for wine tourism. It features an outdoor space for up to 1,000 people and a tasting room for 25 guests.
