Just 27 km from Focșani, Domeniile Panciu Winery & Resort is a haven of relaxation in the Dealul Sârbilor vineyard, ideal for wine tastings, corporate events, and team-building sessions. Founded in 2006 by Daniel Guzu, the winery revitalised the wine tradition of the Panciu Vineyard, cultivating 120 hectares in Țifești, Vrancea County. Both international varieties like Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, and Cabernet Sauvignon, as well as local ones like Fetească Albă, Fetească Neagră, and Șarbă, are grown here. The winery’s portfolio includes white, rosé, red, and sparkling wines produced using traditional and modern methods under the "Panciu Riserva" and "Casa Panciu" labels. Its premium lines, "Domeniile Panciu" and "Sagio," are among the most representative. The winery is primarily known for its various sparkling wines, including Domeniile Panciu Brut, which are produced using the traditional method. In 2019, Panciu Resort was opened, offering visitors a hotel, restaurant, and a modern event hall, contributing to the growing wine tourism industry.
