Domaine Dumetrier is a wine complex located in Dobrogea, on the banks of the Danube, between Cochirleni and Rasova. Spanning 73 hectares of vineyards planted in 2011 and certified organic since 2021, the vineyards are carefully managed to protect the specific terroir. The complex will include a winery, hotel, spa, restaurant, and farm, all scheduled for completion by the summer of 2027. The concept offers a complete experience of sustainability and refinement, with dishes made from local ingredients and wines produced from classic and local varieties. Domaine Dumetrier produces wines from classic grape varieties such as Chardonnay, Merlot, and Cabernet Sauvignon, as well as from varieties like Malbec and Negru de Drăgășani. Each wine results from a rigorous selection process, ensuring the standards of brands like "Monocepage" and "Golden Jackal."
